ERASMUS - documents for incomers to the Kaiserslautern Technical University

We need the following documents from you for the application as an Erasmus student in one of the study courses of the Kaiserslautern Technical University:

• Application for Erasmus Students (Enrolment)
  to be filled out directly in the Acrobat Reader and to be printed
• Letter of Confirmation
  to be filled out directly in the Acrobat Reader and to be printed
• Learning Agreement
  to be printed out
• Curriculum Vitae
• Transcript of Records
  to be printed out
• 4 passport photographs
• document "E128" or private health insurance (to be submitted when you arrive in Kaiserslautern).

The documents should be delivered latest at the beginning of July for the upcoming winter semester. Please send to
